can't boot up after sp2 install

's Computer Specifications

I get the same "c0000135" message. Can't locate winsrv.
I'm one of the lucky ones with a Dell laptop that was
shipped without an XP disk.

Any help out there??

's Computer Specifications

All Dell computers ship with a full XP installation CD. That's one of the
advantages of buying from Dell.
