Can't Authenticate correctly to Domain Controller to login to TS.

I have just configured a Domain Controller and 2 terminal servers. I have the 2 terminal servers clustered. I can not seem to use the domain user accounts to login into the terminal servers. I keep getting they're not in the remote desktop users group. I have checked and I have them the group so i have no idea what is going on. PLEASE HELP ME!
