CAN'T ATTACH AND DOWNLOAD EMAIL IN OUTLOOK

Hello MVP guys, I need your help

I have a outlook 2003 SP3 installed on Windows Vista Bussines SP1, but there
is a problem whit outlook, I can recieve email whit attachments, but I can't
recieve and download email files on email, what happen?
Can you helpme.

Not an MVP any longer but....

Are you saying you can receive email with attachments but not items without
attachments or that you can't receive email at all? Are you seeing any
error messages?

No, I have a the problem
When I'm try to attach or download EMAIL FILE into a email showme a error.

What is an email file? An email that is attacked to a message?
What happens when you try to down load it?
What antispam/antivirus software do you use? Is it scanning email?

Yes my problem is when I try to attach or download a email to a message!!

What's the error message you receive when you try to attach a file?

What happens when you try? Does it fail with both attaching and receiving
attached messages?

Are you scanning email messages with a virus scanner?

The problem is: when I try to attach a email in a message showme a error
that say "object is not valid"

Are you creating a new message and trying to attach another message to that
new message? How are you trying to attach it? State your exact steps.
