Can't Alt+tab to open forms or VB Editor

It must be something in my code that is making this happen, but I can't
figure out what it is.

I often have a problem with forms that I can't tab to with Alt+Tab. They also
don't show up in the Taskbar (Win2K). I have to go to the DB window and go to
design view of the form to locate it.

Now I have an even worse problem. I have a couple of forms open, along with
the VBE and the DB window. The VB Editor is hiding on me, along with the DB
window. I have one "box" in the Taskbar for MyDB.mdb (with the default mdb
icon, not the vbe icon), but clicking on it might show the VBE instead. To
get to any of the forms, I have to get to the DB window, and go to design
view of the open form.

Any idea what might be going on here?
