This is really annoying me.
I have an existing solution that I've got from Source Safe (via Source
of site). The solution has several projects, the main one being a
ASP.NET Web Application. It has the little project icon with an earth
behind it, when I check it's properties it knows it's a web app.
However, when I click on Project -> Add Web User Control... or right
click on a folder in the web app and say Add Web User control, the Add
new Item dialogue pops up, but it doesn't contain the option of a Web
User Control - it doest have Web Form, and Data Form Wizard etc.
Now, if I add a completely ASP.NET Web Application project, I can add a
Web User Control!!!!!!! But not to the existing web application.
Others in my team don't have this problem - anyone got any pointers, is
there a file I can frig to get VS working properly?
I've tried removing and re-adding the Web App, this had no affect.
