Can't add or remove what? If you can't add or remove software ( I hav
had this problem with remove) you may need something like registr
first aid. Software programs that can scan your registry for unwante
entries are useful. Another that comes to mind is tweakxp. These worke
for me because I found unwanted registry strings left behind when I ha
deleted programs. These dirty programs leave behind them a load o
stuff which confuses the computer. BE CAREFUL THOUGH. DO NOT DELET
THINGS YOU ARE NOT SURE ABOUT. If you know a piece of software i
history and the search finds it in start up items (for example) you ca
delete it.
MAKE A RESTORE POINT BEFORE MAKING CHANGES THOUGH

Computers only work with the info you give them. If you don't feed the
and protect them they die

Kasom,

You'll need to reinstall or repair Internet Explorer. Go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

I can't install IE it says it 'failed the XP logo test' I don't know what
that means. Also, why is IE effecting this item in CTRL panel?
