Can't Add a project

I created a small windows app in VB.net and was able to
deploy it at least on my development machine. After that I
am unable to add any more projects and the devtool starts
giving me these strange errors about no such interface and
errors referencing memory locations. The only way to solve
for me has been to re-install VisStud. I am new to .net is
there some process I do not know about or a patch I am
missing? Any help would be great.
