We have a print server we are setting up. If I access the server via \\name
and see the printers and double click on, it asks me to install it and works
like a charm.

However, if I go to Start / Search / For Printers and find one that way,
when I double Click it it says:

Could not connect to the printer. You either entered a printer namd that was
incorrect or the specified printer is no longer connected to the server.

Print Server is Win 2k Adv Svr and the clients are both Win 2k and Win XP
(both have same problem).

Any ideas why it would work one way and not the other? I've tried giving
the printer a shorter name (under 8 chars, no spaces, etc), giving full
permissions to "Everyone" etc and always end up with the same problem.

Thanks.
