Can't add items to NEW context menu help!

I have searched everywhere to get the NEW context menu to work after a ATI
driver crash.

The problem is I lost ALL my items in the NEW menu when you right click on
the desktop.
I have tried tweakui NEW tab to add stuff, but that don't work. I have
tried other programs to add stuff to this menu, and those do not work
either.

I am running under admin permissions, so that is not the issue.

The *ONLY* thing that does show up is Folder or shorcut options. Under the
____ line, is nothing.
