In the properties for a users contacts the box to display contacts in the
outlook address book is grayed out and the contacts do not show. How can I
correct this? Every other user on our system is able to check this box.

In the user's profile set up (properties of Outlook or the mail applet), is
the Outlook Address Book added?

Wow! It's been a long time since I had to do that manually, I had forgotten
about adding address books.

That seems to have been the problem. Now I guess I'll have to post a
question on the exchange board as to why that wasn't automatic.
