Im having trouble accessing a certain site.

It takes me to a page saying im not authorised and asks for my
username/password. When i fill this in the page refreshes and shows me logged
in but still says im not authorised. Any link i click just refreshes the
page.

I done a search before posting this and tried various things that had been
suggested but still no luck.

Any ideas anyone?

This has been going on for a while now and i do have to access this page on
a regular basis.

I have run spywear/virus programs etc.

Try the information below and see if it helps:

Go to the following and open with Notepad,
C:\WINDOWS\hosts (the one with no extension, not the .SAM one)
then delete any listing reference for the site you are trying to open.
Then Save and close.

also.............

Make sure your cookies are turned on. Open IE>Tools>Internet Options>
Privacy tab>Advanced tab>put in the checks in both boxes
Click Apply/OK and close.

and..

Cannot browse certain websites
http://www.dslreports.com/faq/10082

Also..... try adding the site to your Trusted Zone.
