Can't access web site

I am trying to access a government web site. Other's i
have talked to can. I was emailing their web master, now
I can't even send them an email. Need to be able to get
into their site.

Error message is "This page cannot be displayed"

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Is the site secured?

Start here and look for your error message.
