can't access web pages all of the sudden

's Computer Specifications

Windows XP - IE 6 - all o the sudden I can't access some apges I used
to be able to access - www.quickbooks.com - and I can't access ANY new
web pages that I have not visited before. I have disabled firewalls,
disabled spyware, I have done a search for "HOST" in system32 and
renamed it to HOST.old as well as run a DOS command flushdns. any
advice?
