can't access a site on my PC, But can on others

when i try to access www.notgoodenough.org i get a message saying
"message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was
message_die() used in page_tail.php?"
now everything i have googled tells me it was a website error, yet from my
work PC i can access the site fine. anyone have any ideas as to what i can
do?
