I can't Access a server using an Alias

When I try to access a server in my network by alias, I get the error message:
"You were not connected because a duplicate name exists on the network".
but when trying to access the server with name or ip, it is ok.
What is the problem????
Any Ideas.

Try disabling strict name checking on on the server - see:
