It seems that I am having a problem accessing a particular web site. I am
trying to access www.raxco.com, the makers of PerfectDisk. I can access the
site on one of my computers, but when I attempt to do so on my second
computer, the following message appears:

Error Occurred While Processing Request
CFID, CFTOKEN contains invalid characters.
This exception is caused by either broken links, or security
attacks. The invalid id is 16391004?pd60fw.exe?fdisrfw.exe

The error occurred in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Application.cfm: line 1

1 : <CFAPPLICATION NAME="RaxcoEcommerce" CLIENTMANAGEMENT="YES"
SESSIONMANAGEMENT="YES">
2 :
3 : <CFERROR TEMPLATE="error.html" TYPE="REQUEST">

I have tried reinstalling MacroMedia Flash and Shockwave players, but that
does not help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

It looks like a server error. Your other machines may be working off of a
cached copy of the page. Suggestion: Try deleting your temporary internet
files (internet options> tools). Delete any cookies for the Raxco site and
then try again.

PS: I just tried it. It was a bit slow but came up.

I sure hope that you didn't mean what you wrote. Deleting any strings that
matched the error messages: maybe ok. Delete all the strings in that
section of the registry: not ok.

Ignore this post. Just a troll that wants you to corrupt your system.

Their site seems speedy now. Maybe they were sliding in some changes
rather than just disabling access and doing the update. Could be Warren
was just in that time interval of the change so it worked on one
computer but by the time he walked over the other one then there were
mismatched pages, scripts, or whatever on their server.

Is it still failing, Warren?

Thanks for the help from everyone. Fortunately, I was knowledgeable enough
to know that I should not delete all the strings in the registry as
referenced in the initial response to my post. My problem did clear up once
I deleted all my cookies and offline content. Apparently, the cookie that
referenced me to the Raxco site was corrupt.
