cant access outlook webmail with different computer

i'm haveing trouble accessing my webmail through a different computer or isp.
first isp is fine if i access from home it accepts the password but never
connects or downloads emails also cant send. but when i access from the same
computer through my wireless isp its fine - same browser IE7
can anybody help - driving me nuts and the isps are no help at all

What exactly are you trying to use? What version of Outlook? Is it Outlook
Web Access?
