can't access other user's My Documents folder

when i try to access the other user's My Documents folder , it says access is
denied.
I must mention that both users from my machine have administrator accounts.
why is that happening? I knew that admins have total access to all
resources...
please help

Because they have made their My Documents older private. As Administrator
you can override that, but you have to take a couple of steps. See the
following article for the steps needed to get access to the folder:
