Can't access network.

I created a network using the wizzard. However it will
not show up in network places. When I click on View
workgroup computers I get a prompt saying the network I
just set up is not accessible. The list of servers for
this workgroup is not currently available. When I explore
My Computer/My Network Places/Entire Network/Microsoft
Windows Network it appears but when I click to access it
I get the same prompt. The list of servers is not
currently available.
HELP!
