I can't access my BIOS and Windows

Hi!

could any one help me what's the problem of my desktop?

It will boot up, displaying the usual start up black with display of the VGA and other things...

then it stops there and turn off again.. but before this thing happen, it displays that Bios clock is wrong so i press f1 to enter the bios and change the clock setting then im about to change the clock setting the displays in my monitor is GARBAGE.. and then i tried to restart it again.. but have to pull our tha AC source since it will not turn off even i long press the shutdown button and the restart button is not working as well..

then it starts up and displays that Bios Set-up is invalid... can anyone help me PLEASe???????

Hi,
you might want to try and replace the motherboard battery. Hopefully this helps.
