Can't Access local network from a win98 pc

Hi
I have 12 windows 2000 pro. computers with a windows 2000 advanced
server Domain and one of the system is windows 98. when I try to access
another local computers from "network neighbourhood/entire network" on
this Win98 system, one error message pop ups: "Unable to browse the
Network The Network is not accessible"
