I removed (uninstalled) Google Chrome and now I can't access the web through
a link in my Outlook mail. I get an error message that says "This operation
has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. See your
administrator."
I have gone into tools and options and everything else I could think of, but
cannot figure out what needs to be done.

See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm - there is a section
for the errors caused by uninstalling Chrome.

Thanks, this info resolved my problem. However, resetting the advanced
option did not work. I had to change the registry key. Now it works.
Thanks again.
