Hi, Alberto -
If the FTP server is running in PASV mode it won't use port 21. Can you try
granting access to your FTP application instead of just opening the port?
Try this -
Click Start --> Control Panel and double-click Windows Firewall
Click on the Exceptions tab
Click the "Add Program..." button and then use the Browse button to
locate the programs that need firewall exceptions.
