Cant' access email

I normally use my yahoo account to send/receive emails, I can't windows to send/receive email. Do I have to change my email address. I'm also not sure if it's under IMAP or POP3. Please advise!

Is it a fee based yahoo account, if so pop3 is available, if a free yahoo account, WinMail is not compatible with an http account. Yahoo free accounts are http. Yahoo Mail Plus(~20/yr) is pop3 capable and will function in Windows Mail.
