I've turned off all phishing and I still can not click on a link in e-mail to
go to the web page.

I get general failure. Application not found.

I'm having a similar issue. My links take me to "my documents" instead of
the web page link - this just recently started happening and I don't know
what has changed to create this problem but it is very frustrating.
