Hi;

i have a 160Gb Hitachi deskstart disk, it is partitioned in two dynamic
volumes that i was able to access trough unit leters M and N.

but just yesterday when i turn on my PC, i cant access the disk and the Disk
Management says it is a BASIC disk without format!!!

i dont want to loose my information, what can i do to solve it?

Might try the Photorec app included with TestDisk 6.5 stable version for Win
XP..
I was able to use it from an XP DOS box to recover data from a formated HDD,
it should help you, your call..
