XP Pro blocks networked access to those folders when simple file
sharing is enabled.
Un-share the disk, disable simple file sharing, then re-share the
disk and try to access it.
You should be able to share individual folders within those folders
even with simple file sharing enabled.
If all else fails, copy the desired folders to another shared folder
and access them from there.
