For the past 2 weeks I have been unable to access a
certain website from home that I can access from other
places. I have done everything that I know to do, even
reinstalling windows, but still have had no luck. If
anyone would like to offer any advice, I would appreciate
it. Thanks.

Check for a file named HOSTS with no extension (not Hosts.sam). It may be a
hidden file. Open it with Notepad and remove any line referencing the site.
Or, rename HOSTS to OLDHOSTS

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Rule out parasites.

If still no joy then please tell us what you have tried so that we can
possibly suggest other issues.
