Can't access CD-ROM Drive

Just got a new computer.

I set up XP for four users. One administrator and three
limited users (my kids).

They cannot use the CD-ROM drive unless I am logged on as
the administrator. I even changed one of them to
administrator status, but can still only use the CD-ROM
drive from the main administrator account.

Any suggestions? They all need to use the CD-ROM drive...

Thanks!
