Frequently when I log into my Business Contact Manager database to check on
the recent communiqués with a customer, all I see are the emails which are in
my current Inbox, instead of the emails sent to that entry. What is causing
this? How can I solve this problem?

The Outlook form cache is probably corrupt. Shutdown Outlook and try
deleting everything in C:\Documents and Settings\<user_login>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\FORMS.

Also, if you haven't, update your Outlook patches, service packs, and
upgrade to BCM v2.

Check if Buisness Tools are avaliable else enable it under help > about
Microsoft Outlook > Disabled items. Also search for Outlook.box and rename it
to Outlook.old
