when i try to access music,pictures or documents i get
this message:

If you were in the middle of something the information
might be lost.

any ideas before i go nuts!

check out :http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=810887 if
you have smart tags it refers to. Other wise run spyware
cleanup and virus proctection and error checking. If you
have no spyware proctect go to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/index.php?showtopic=227
follow the instruction there. No virus proctection,
better get some. Otherwise run error checking on disk.
