Make sure you have the latest Java installed:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

If that doesn't help, then perhaps you have some third-party security
software preventing the site from loading. It does try to open a popup
which my Firefox blocks. I'm not interested in allowing the popup so I
don't know what it is.
