Hi,

Earlier I can run the regedit from the run command as an
adminstrator. I could access on registry and windows task manager. My
O/S is windows XP 2006.

This is on my home computer. But suddenly when I tried to re run the
regedit command through run utility, it did not allow me to open the
registry, it blinks then gone , same with windows task manager I can't
be able now to open it.

Although I am login to XP as an administrator with priviliges.

Could some one tell how to overcome this problem so I can open the
registry as well as windows task manager?

You may wish to start by scanning for a malware infection

your computer is effected by a spyware

which has taken the control of your admin privilage try to restore the
system to back date which you thing it was working fine from the start ->
assocessories-> system tools -> system restore facilty available with XP

You are infected with either a virus or malware or both.
