I cannot get my Canonscan FB 620 U scanner setup. My OS is Win XP, the CD
drivers stop loading stating the drivers work only with Win 98. Downloaded
newer driver still cannot get scanner to communicate with computer.
Need help.

I had the same experience with the same scanner & from memory, I had to
delete whatever canon software was already installed first. It took some
playing around. Let me know if this is not the case. I may be able to find
the instructions canon gave me but it was quite a while ago.
