I live in a place where you dial the area code and the number to call numbers
in the area code (no 1+). The fax program seems not to allow me to leave off
the 1+. I can either drop the 1+ and the area code, or call using the
1+AC-number format. Is there a way to drop the 1+?

'Control Panel|Phone and Modem Options|Dialing Rules|Edit|Area Code Rules',
create rules for this area code accordingly.
