CANON S600 PROBLEM !!!!!!!!

I have a problem with my printer
Tank ( sponge) was full of old ink and an error message on the computer
Now I have cleaned sponge but printer doesn't run ( security on printer head
belt actived )
I don't want to return the printer to reapair in a specialist shop.
Anybody has the process to reset the printer ?
