I installed one of these tonight. So far all I've tried was to make a
copy, which was color balanced OK but not as sharp as the original (on
generic inkjet paper).
At this point I still have my trusty Visioneer hooked up; 3 years olf but
reliable. Should I expect any conflicts If I use it (and leave it's
software on my computer)? I ask because I was advised to remove the
Lexmark software from my previous printer, as its spooling function
interfered with Canon's. I need to know if the scanner part is as finicky.
