Hi All,

Has anyone encounter the printer spooler service in TS will fail after a
while when user who using canon printer login to the server?

If i remove the canon printer from the remote client pc, then the redirect
printing is working fine.

Please advice.

Thanks.

A creashing spooler service on a TS is nearly always a sign of a
TS-incompatible 3th party printer driver.
Uninstall the Canon driver and map the printer to a native driver
in stead.
