Hi guys, I have borrowed a friend's camera and need to transfer the
images to my PC. I have installed the Twain drivers and the
installation process went smoothly. When prompted, I plugged in the
camera and my PC found the new hardware then said it was ready to use.
The Twain driver asked whether I wanted to use Photoshop or Windows
Imaging to view the pics - I chose Photoshop. At that point the Camera
utility opened but then I had the "not connected" error. When I tried
"Imaging" I had a "path not found" error.
The camera is not showing as a removable drive in Explorer.
Please can someone help me retrieve my images so my friend can have
her camera back?
