I am using Windows XP and running Word in Office 2003. My printer is a Canon Pixma IP 5000.
My problem is this: After I have typed an address on the page and highlighted it,
I then click on Tools, then Letters and mailings, then envelopes, then Options,then select the size of envelope and orientation. On the right are facilaties to change the position of the Address on the envelope. If I leave it as default it prints the Address to near the bottom of the envelope. I have to change the setting every time I print an envelope. Is there any way to change the default setting?
Can anyone Help Please?
