Hi! Ever since we deployed Windows 2k SP4 over our entire
network (thousands of PCs) we have had many reports of
problems specifically with regard to Canon N670U
scanners. The scanner will scan up to 93% or 94% and then
freeze.
We have tried every solution under the sun, including but
not limited to uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner
software, and have not found a single solution that fixes
the problem for everyone... Has anyone else heard of this
and if so what can we try?
