will windows movie maker capture recordings made with
this camcorder??

it should work fine.... suggest using the two channel 16-bit audio recording
mode in lieu of the 4 channel 12-bit one.

sorry its the mv400i, steps i take:

plug in firewire cable
turn on camera to vcr mode
xp doesnt recognise a device is there
open mm and try to capture and doesn't list mv400i

HELP!!!
