I just got a refurbished MP 960 printer and wanted to check to see if
anyone can recommend a good, inexpensive supplier for ink cartridges for
the above printer??

I know only bulk ink. Hobbicolors (e-bay sales) comes highly
recommended. My last batch of ink I bought for a 5 tank model was
from inksupply.com. I should take the time to do a print with the MIS
ink from inksupply. I've used a ton of MIS ink in an ip3000, and the
ip5200. I've used 2oz of hobbicolors UV8 ink.
