I have installed the drivers for the Canon MP370 Printer
then attached the USB cable to my PC - all as explained in
the installation guide. I am using a Windows 2000
operating system. The OS then gives dialog box messages
saying that the USB device has been detected then the last
message I see is "Disk Drive". Immediately after this the
system reboots. Upon reboot the system halts at the 10th
blue box that is displayed across the bottom of the screen
when W2000 boots. The printer is still connected to the PC
over USB. I have to power the system down manually. When I
disconnect the printer it boots OK.
Canon have been no help as the printer works fine on
another PC.
Is there any log file that I can look at to determine what
is the cause of the problem? Thanks in advance.
Thanks,
J
