canon LBP210 - paper curl

is there a way to prevent paper from curling...
i am printing standard 80gsm optix stock double sided and having
trouble getting it through a folding machine as it curls as it comes
from the printer... a stack of 150 feels quite hot....even after 3
days the curl is quite noticeable
