Hi guys

Has anybody else here experienced problems whereby windows 2000
machines in a domain seem to experience a spoolsv.exe using upto 40%
utilisation before you've even printed anything?

Upon checking open files on the server I can see the printer drivers
for our Canon IR 3000 being continually opened and closed by the
machines in question. Its almost as if they are failing to install
for some reason and are then constantly re-installed every few seconds
making Spoolsv.exe have a fit.

I cant find any other references to this type of problem either with
canon drivers or any other.

Anybody have a suggestion? (other than buy HP ;-) )
