Can anybody help? Manual doesn't seem to have any info. I got a paper
jam yesterday while printing 4x6 photo paper through the auto sheet
feeder. The offending piece of paper was removed but every time I try
to print 4x6 I get the error message that printer is jammed. I've
printed letter size through the auto feeder so I can't believe there is
anything blocking the path. Printing through the bottom tray works
normally as well. I always print my photo paper, 4x6 and letter,
through the auto feeder. It would be extremely annoying to have to
change papers in the bottom tray to print 4x6. Anybody have any ideas
why the printer is responding this way? Thanks, PC.

Why do they even include them in the packaging?

OK, are you sure that you got all the paper out? open every accses point,
remove all the trays and really LOOK. Like with a flashlight. Even just a
bit of a scrap will do it.

Hmmmmm....unplug the machine from the wall for 5 minutes.

it's tray dependant. unplugging will clear of any cached sensor report. if
the problem still exists, it between the tray and the feed path.
