What are the best settings for a Canon i960 when printing on Printworks 8.5
mil Greeting Card paper?

Instructions that come with the paper list Canon printers, but not the
i960. They say use "Media Type: Greeting Cards" for Canon BJC printers. But
my Canon i960 does not show that media type, only these: Plain Paper, High
Resolution Paper, T-shirt transfer, Transparency, Envelope, and a few kinds
of photo paper.
I'm guessing the media type for me is "High Resolution Paper." Is that
right?
Any other advice about the printer settings?
