Canon i860 won't print in color

's Computer Specifications

My i860 prints fine in grayscale, but absolutely nothing in color. i've
cleaned the print head, cartridges have plenty of ink. won't do
cleansing, deep cleansing, or alignment functions. suggestions?
please?
