I have a laser for b&w printing. I need a cheap photo printer, and after
some research I've narrowed it down to these two.

The S820 is going cheaper and has 6, not 4, cartridges. But the i850 has
higher resolution, newer tech, and is maybe faster.

Comments invited.

The i850 is just a replacement model for the s820...... I'd go with the i850,
but only because it's the newer model.....

I have the Canon i850 and it's a superb printer. I highly reccomend
it, and you'll never even notice that it's only 4 colour printer.

If you really want 6 colour then go for the 950, but it'll cost a lot
more.
